Whisky Blending Workshop for Two

Whisky is wonderful, whisky is great, this is a blending workshop for you and your mate.

Enjoy a comprehensive blending session, where you’ll create your very own blends to suit your own personal palettes.

This session is part blending, part whisky tasting. You’ll start off by tasting 4 whiskies with vastly different characteristics, to get a feel for the range of tastes you’re working with.

Your whisky expert will talk you through where in the world the whiskies come from, and what notes and flavours you should be looking out for.

You’ll then both start to craft your own blend. You’ll use the four whiskies you’ve tasted, and with a pipette, you’ll make your blend. Adding small amounts at a time, you’ll work towards the perfect taste for you. Blends are a staple of the Scotch whisky industry, and have been for so long. Learning about the history is blending is really interesting.

You’ll both get to take your blends home in a small bottle to enjoy later, and will leave with a new found skill and a knowledge of whisky like you’ve never had before.
