Test your observational, planning and manoeuvring skills as you conquer obstacles that would leave most drivers quaking in their boots.

This off road driving day is designed to provide pure satisfaction. After a briefing and demonstration from an instructor, you will be put into the driving seat and let loose on the course. This is not for the faint hearted as you will face steep inclines, even steeper declines, water-filled holes and lashings of mud.

Along with the other people in your group you will face some extreme driving conditions and beat them. This is the perfect gift for anyone who likes a real challenge. This Off Road Taster Driving Experience is a terrific way to experience the fun, exhilaration and adventure of off road driving!

This experience is available on selected dates throughout the year, at the following locations:

Wyboston, Bedfordshire; Reading, Berkshire; Witton Gilbert, Durham; Bishop Auckland, Durham; Rushyford, Durham; Andover, Hampshire; Northolt, London; Retford, Nottinghamshire; Hawick, Roxburghshire; Greetham, Rutland; Stafford, Staffordshire; Pontardawe, Swansea; Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire; Wrexham; Ferrybridge, Yorkshire.

Is it for me?

• Minimum age for this experience is 17 years old.
• The maximum height is 1.52m (5ft) and the maximum height is 1.98m (6ft 6).
• The maximum weight is 108kg (17 stone).
• You need to be fit to drive. Unfortunately, this experience may not be suitable for people suffering from diabetes, epilepsy or angina.
• You are required to hold a full valid UK or European driving licence, depending on location.
• Please note that there will be others participating at the same time, but you still each get a turn to drive. When you are not driving you will stay in the vehicle to enjoy the (very bumpy) ride.

What do I get?

• 1 x gift voucher which entitles the holder to any activity offered by Activity Superstore, up unto the value stated.
• The voucher has a 6 month expiry limit. However, if you are unable to use your voucher in this time, please get in touch and we may be able to help extend the deadline.

Anything else I need to know?

• This voucher is valid for 1 person only.
• The activity lasts approximately 1 to 2 hours, depending on the venue.
• Unfortunately, you cannot bring friends and family along to watch you.
• Includes a full briefing from an instructor on 4x4 driving along with a demonstration, after which you get to have a go!
• As this activity is dependent on appropriate weather conditions, it may have to be rearranged.
• The person driving the car will be required to sign a disclaimer accepting liability in the event of damage to the vehicle.
• The driver will be given an option to purchase damage waiver cover when booking to minimise their financial exposure should there be an accident. Full details are available upon booking.
• We are very sorry, but loyalty points cannot be used on any activities or experiences. This is because these gifts are supplied by providers who do not allow us to offer discounts of any kind.

Delivery information

• The cut off for next day delivery on activities is 11am on a normal working day (Mon-Fri).
• If you select the next working day option for an activity after 11am, it is guaranteed to arrive within two working days.
• All guaranteed next day deliveries will arrive before 1pm and will require a signature.
• Please note that the before 9am service isn't available on activities.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer gift wrapping for this product.
