Exclusive & Romantic Ballooning for Two

• Exclusive ballooning is only available weekday mornings, excluding Bank Holidays
• The flights run throughout the year, subject to weather conditions
• Ballooning is sensitive to wind speed and weather
• If you are unlucky with the weather you can rebook another date with the balloon operator
• Due to popularity and a backlog of vouchers during lockdown, dates for ballooning experiences are currently limited. Please be prepared to wait for availability until the backlog is cleared. Vouchers will be extended free of charge where necessary*
• You must be a minimum of 4'6" (1.4m) tall and weigh less than 18 stone (114 Kg)
• Minimum age is 8 years, under 16's must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• You will need to climb into the basket and stand for the duration of the flight
• The experience is not suitable for pregnant women
• It is advisable to wear sensible outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear
• Bring a hat and remember launch sites may be muddy in Spring and Autumn
• Spectators are welcome to watch the balloon depart and then follow the balloon, once it is airborne
• Spectators can only enter the landing site with the permission of the ground crew
• Ballooning is offered at venues throughout the UK, there's no need to specify a venue when purchasing your voucher

The gift vouchers you use for your experience gifts typically have a 12 month validity.

If you have not used your voucher in this time, please contact us and we may be able to help extend the deadline by up to a further six months.

There is an administration fee to extend the validity of a voucher.
