What is the Difference Between Gift Experience Vouchers and Discount Voucher Codes?
We offer two types of vouchers, and they are not the same.
Gift Experience Vouchers
These are vouchers that can be purchased as a gift, for the recipient to redeem for the chosen Gift Experience at a location and on a date that suits them. Vouchers are valid for 12 months and are redeemed after purchase.
A Gift Experience Voucher is not a discount code; it is a gift itself.

Discount Voucher Codes
These are promotional voucher codes that are entered at the basket or checkout stage of a purchase, to save money on your order. Only one code can be used per order and cannot be used after the purchase is complete.
