When you purchase an experience gift, the recipient you specify when you order will receive a voucher rather than a fixed booking. This can be sent either as a physical gift pack or a convenient e-voucher by email, depending on your chosen delivery option.

The voucher includes full instructions on how to redeem, along with details of the available experiences. The recipient can then choose their preferred activity (if it’s a flexible or “choice” voucher), select a suitable date and location, and book directly with the experience provider.
