Track Your Order

If you would like to see the status of your order or to see the tracking/delivery information then please click here. If this does not give you the information you require or if there is no tracking information please contact us using the contact details below.

Via Your Account

If you need to make a change to or review the details of an order or simply want to know the status of your order, then please log in to your account. If you didn't create an account when you placed your order you can simply request a password reset and we will send you details of how to log in.

It may be possible to change or cancel an order for personalised items only. Orders are usually processed within 15 minutes of order completion so you will need to be logged into your account to request the change or cancellation before it has been processed, after which it will not be possible.

If you do not have an account, you can still register by visiting our Account page. Enter the email address used when placing the order and click on the "Forgotten Password?" link. A box will appear for you to re-enter the email address. Click "Get Reset Link" and a password reset email will be sent to you. When you receive the email, please follow the instructions.

Items that are personalised or made to order cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please see our section on 'items which cannot be returned'. If your personalised item is faulty, please complete this form.

We are sorry to hear that your item arrived faulty. Please kindly click here to download your returns form and state if you are looking for a replacement or a refund so we can deal with your return as efficiently as possible. Failure to include such information can result in your return being delayed.

In order for us to deal with your enquiry efficiently please email us at photos@findmeagift.com and include the following;

  1. Your order number.
  2. An attached picture of the damage/ fault.
  3. A brief description of the issue.
  4. If you require a replacement or a refund.
Once received we will be able to liaise with the supplier involved and resolve this issue as promptly as possible for you.
