Emily Rose Gifts – Handcrafted Baby Keepsakes and Decorations
Established in 2020 after the birth of her third little girl, Gina found that she couldn’t quite find the perfect keepsake for her daughter, so she decided to design and create one herself. She then started to make gifts for friends who had young children, and Emily Rose Gifts was born.
Sew Cross Handmade – Hand Stitched Portraits
Taught by her mum how to cross-stitch over 23 years ago, Steff never stopped with her art. Seven years ago, she took a huge risk and left her nursing career to pursue her passion full-time. Now, she successfully runs Sew Cross Handmade and wouldn’t change it for the world.
Piglet & Chestnut – Eco-Friendly Macrame Art
After experiencing consecutive family losses, Gem found comfort in Macrame which snowballed into Piglet & Chestnut. Her signature piece is the rainbow which has a special meaning to those who have suffered loss. Gem prides herself on being an eco-friendly small business and uses recyclable materials.
Fluffy Scents – Scented Wax Melts
Feeling like she had lost her identity, stay-at-home mum of three, Perri won some money and invested half of it into a new business venture. She put everything into creating new products and scents, starting with just ten and taking no wage. Fast forward two years, Perri now has a large collection of products and a reason to be herself again.
Oscar Rose Jewellery – Handmade Silver & Crystal Bracelets
After having twins in July 2020, Ashleigh found making jewellery to be therapeutic. Shortly after, her babies gave her the courage and confidence to make another dream a reality and turn her hobby into a business.
