It’s not what I thought at all. I thought it was a proper massager that had a mechanism which rotates and vibrates the balls along the foot etc. but it doesn’t do anything like that. It just vibrates quite loud and that’s it. Is doesn't actually do what you think it does. Not soothing at all, and it’s such a simple design that feels really cheaply made, at most it’s actually worth £5 maybe £10 at a push. Very disappointed with the product unfortunately.

This product is useless. I bought one for my mum (for mothering Sunday and was too embarassed to give it to her). It's now in a charity shop. Please do not waste your money.
