Wooden Owl Hoot

Sorry, this product is no longer available.

Overview

Hand-carved in Scotland, this fun Owl Hoot recreates the iconic calls of one of our best-loved birds. For ages 14 years and over, this is a gift that’s sure to be a hoot!

It mimics the ‘too-whit-too-whoo’ call of the Tawny Owl. While owls are mostly quiet creatures, you can use this hoot to mimic their deep, pure tone. A common hooting pattern for owls is a longer hoot, followed by two or three shorter hoots. Practise enough and you’re sure to sound just like the real deal. Don’t be surprised if your friends or family ask, “whoo” made that sound?
