Learning about the wonderful animals in our magical world is so important for youngsters, and learning about them and seeing them up close with their families is a great way to do it.
A trip to the zoo is firstly very educational, but perhaps more importantly, incredible for imagination and wellbeing. A perfect day out for a family.
Dudley Zoo is home to over 1300 animals, and the work they do to with endangered species and with their breeding programs is quite remarkable.
The zoological gardens are set in 40 acres of woodland, surrounding an 11th century castle. You’ll see all the favourites, such as orangutans, giraffes, lemurs and penguins!

Never again!
Although we had our day out at Dudley zoo it wasn't my first choice of experience from the voucher and I had an absolute nightmare to try and organise it. This was only made worse when we realised that my voucher was £40 and entry for two adults was only £36. Also the zoo is very dated and in need of a lot of refurbishments to make it more of a pleasant experience. A lot of the enclosures were infact empty. This was a Christmas present from my children and we are all very disappointed with your company and service.

Great day out
Had a great day out at Dudley Zoo with the family. A great variety of animals that all appeared well cared for. The hilltop location and castle ruins are superb. Yes, it's not as moderns as other zoo;s such as Chester, but it's not going to be...most of the buildings are Victorian architecture and are protected from modification. Enjoy the zoo for what it is and you will have a great day.
