Your partner's bits belong to you, so if you're Mr Jones and you want a pair of pants for your wife, you choose which size women's briefs you want and type "Property of Mr Jones" into the personalisation box. Likewise, if your Mrs Jones and you want a pair of pants for your husband, you choose which size men's briefs you want and type "Property of Mrs Jones" into the box instead. Same kinda deal if you are Mr Jones buying for Mr Jones and so on. 

The women's personalisation is printed on the front in the middle. The men's is printed on the back on the right.
