Delivery

Because your prints are personalised to an extremely high quality, they take up to 5 working days to produce, depending on complexity, detailing and how many other orders we've received!
Standard UK Delivery - Personalised prints will be delivered between 1-3 working days after they have been produced. At peak times, this may be slightly longer.
More Delivery Stuff - Because of the time it takes to produce a high quality personalised item, we are unable to offer Same Day Dispatch.
Next Day Delivery - Express delivery is offered. This means that it will be delivered the next working day after the item has been made.
Please note that, for personalised items, "Next Day" delivery means only that it will delivered the next working day after the item has been made it. It does NOT mean that you will receive it the next day after ordering.
Saturday Delivery - It still takes up to 5 working days to make your poster, we will then deliver it the next available Saturday.
Unfortunately Before 9 a.m Delivery is not available for this item.

There is two different blue maps, I had emailed to ask for the one with the black on it but got sent the other one in A4 not A3 like I ordered and paid for. I then rang up to say and they sent me one in A3 but with a load of errors on it. Third time lucky we got the right size and the correct writing and we are very pleased with it. More care needs to be taken over the personalised items because although it is very frustrating and time consuming for the customer it also wastes your money sending incorrect items.
