Where's my order?

Most of our UK parcels can be tracked. You can find your tracking information in your order details. Orders dispatched directly from one of our partners are unfortunately not tracked.

Most of our International orders are not tracked and are sent out on a standard Airmail service.

Find a Missing Parcel That Shows As Delivered

Most parcels arrive on time. Occasionally the tracking may show as delivered, but you don't have your parcel. If the tracking for your parcel shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, you should:

  • Check if someone else at your address has accepted it.
  • Look around the delivery location.
  • Your parcel may have been left with a neighbour or in a safe place like a porch or garage.
  • Look for a notification of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your letter box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or to arrange collection of the parcel.
  • Check your delivery address is correct.

I'm missing an item from my order

If you have ordered an item that is dispatched directly by one of our partners, then this will be sent out to you separately, as it takes a little time to be made for you.

If your invoice says the item should have been included, then contact us using the 'Contact Us' link below.

I can't track my parcel

Orders sent directly from one of our partners are usually not tracked.

Please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery and 1-3 days for express orders, after the personalised and posted date on your confirmation email.
