Track your package

You can find your tracking information in your order details. Orders dispatched directly from one of our partners are unfortunately not tracked.

If you can't find any tracking information, please visit About Missing Tracking Information.

To track your parcel:

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Go to the order you want to track.
  3. Click Track Package next to your order.

If your parcel shows as delivered, but you haven't yet received it, go to Find a Missing Parcel for more information.

I don't live on mainland UK. What are my delivery options?

Select the relevant UK delivery method, and your postage rate will be determined and adjusted by your address and the weight of your package. You will be able to see the final delivery cost before confirming your order. Unfortunately, this is at a higher price than normal due to the use of a courier.

Do you deliver overseas?

We would love to deliver all of our items overseas, sadly there are restrictions, we can’t send just anything as Customs or our couriers won’t allow us to.

How long will my delivery take?

This depends on the delivery service you have selected and paid for. Standard delivery is 2-5 working days after we have posted it. Next day delivery is sent using a 24hour priority service (if you order before the cut-off time).

Do you have a same day delivery service?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a same day delivery service. The eVouchers for gift experiences can be delivered via email and these are sent out within 30 minutes of you completing your order.

Delivery times for personalised gifts

Personalised and made to order items do have a production time before we can send them out to you. Your order confirmation will let you know the date that we aim to get it posted out to you. Delivery will then be made depending upon the service that you have chosen. Standard delivery is 1-3 days and next working day will be with you the following working day.

Please note, for the next day delivery option, we do need time to make your gift, so please check carefully the time you need to order it by (on the product page itself) and the number of days it takes to make before being sent out on the next day service.

I live outside of the UK (Europe / Rest of the world) – why can't you ship to me?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of some of our items we are not able to ship outside of the UK at this current time.
