I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to take part in the Wine and Dine for Two experience at The Sanctum Soho Hotel and to top it off I got to take my best friend as well. When arriving at the hotel we were greeted by three members of staff who showed us to our table and took our choice of red or white wine. They were always on hand to make sure our glasses weren't empty! Shortly after our drinks were poured they took our food order, we decided to order all three courses up front to make things easier for ourselves.
The set menu had a great choice of meals and the service was impeccable. For my three courses I went for the prawn cocktail as a starter, the lamb for my mains and for dessert I chose the cheesecake, all of which were perfectly presented. My friend went for the mushroom soup to start, for mains she also wanted the lamb but due to them only having one left they very kindly offered to replace this with a steak. For dessert she chose the Crème brûlee. Every course was faultless!
We had a very enjoyable evening and would definitely return for a second visit.
