I decided to treat myself and my boyfriend to a wonderful day out and this did not disappoint! I hadn't been to the Harry Potter studios before but I would recommend this to anyone, Potterhead or not. Straight away you can see the magic behind the scenes and it was fantastic to see all the makings from the costume to set design right in front of you! It gave me a new appreciation of all the special effects and features involved. There was so much to see! The forbidden forest was also great, but a little smaller than expected.

Very good in every regard

Exceeded expectations!
We were concerned that a visit/stay pre-purchased in this way would result in a second-class type experience, but this was not the case at all. Shendish was beautiful and for a small fee we were able to upgrade to a wonderful room in the older part of the building, with a garden view. Dinner and breakfast at Shendish were lovely. The employees couldn't have been more helpful. Harry Potter Studios was a fun few hours, something different and a must for any fan.

Harry potter and 2 course lunch
The studio tour was awesome. I especially loved the info from ideas to drawings to completion. The attention to detail and the way everything was laid out and the general space.
The lunch was beautiful. From the taste to the care taken with presentation.

Harry potter great, afternoon tea, not
The Harry Potter Tour was brilliant, thoroughly enjoyed it. The afternoon tea at Shendish Manor, however, was not nice. Tasted like it had been sitting around. Could have made nicer sandwiches at home with ease. Disappointing as the venue there is lovely and the staff friendly.
