Driving you potty, in a good way!
Channel your inner Demi Moore and create a bowl or a vase under the guidance of a pottery wheel expert, and then decorate it. During the pottery class, the two of you will get to make a pot, but don’t worry, you won’t get bored when it’s your turn to watch. Witnessing someone attempt to get control of the wheel is quite frankly hilarious!
Following your initial demonstration, you’ll take it in turns to make your pots. Once finished you have 3 options: recycle your pots, take your pots away and paint at home (at no extra cost), or have them fired and glazed (at £20 per pot).
If you have your pots fired in the kiln they will take around a month to properly dry, so you can either re-visit to collect them, or they can post them to you for £5 per pot if you don’t fancy another trip.

Thoroughly wonderful time
This was one of the most fun things we have done in a long time. Jon and Sarah are incredible at teaching, and the atmosphere in the pottery is one of learning. Highly recommend

Lovely day out

Small, friendly studio and a decent pot at the end
Eastnor Pottery is a small studio next door to Eastnor Castle. We were offered coffee as soon as we arrived and, once everyone else had turned up, we were given a demonstration. We were then split into two smaller groups (of 3 and 4) to make our own pots. We were guided through the entire process and we all ended up with a decent, functional pot at the end. After they'd dried out a bit, we had the opportunity to paint them and now we're just waiting for them to be fired so that we can collect them. It was a really fun experience, and we had a great time.
