Still waiting on a reply for an order that was sent out when I cancelled it straight away. Before placing the order I sent an email to say the order wouldn’t allow me 2 characters and I was advised that it can be done and to place the order then email exactly what i wanted which I had included in the original email. I then order and sent email only to be told it can’t be done so I then cancelled the order and have sent 3 emails and have still not had a response. Money taken out account and item been delivered. Absolute joke of a company!!! Would not recommend! This was a gift for the parents who have just lost a baby and they expect me to gift it with the name of their baby incorrect!!
