Awful, missed the page for personalisation as it wasn’t clear that you had to press ‘more info’ to get to it. I stupidly presumed that I’d get an email after paying, regarding the personalisation (as others such is Etsy do)Company weren’t interested in the slightest in helping me contact the seller direct to add it. Will not use again
