The card game puts its players in terrible, can't-bear-to-think-about, situations. Each player must complete the the sentence with one of their hilariously horrifying reasons. The black cards have terrible situations on them whilst the yellow cards contain the reasons... i.e.:

BLACK CARD E.G. - I can't go to work today because...

YELLOW CARD E.G. - My bed is too big it takes too long to get up. / My online order didn't fit, and now the other sizes are sold out.
