This chilli tour is a great way of learning all about the growing of the red hot chilli plant and the variety of different uses in cuisine across the world. The knowledgeable tour guides will leave no stone unturned when instilling you with their chilli wisdom. This is a chilli tour and chilli tasting all in one and for the experienced spice eaters, you can sample some of the famous ‘inferno chilli sauce’ made with habaneros. Once your taste buds have calmed back down, you can then go and pick your own fresh chillies to take home. This is England’s first chilli picking farm and you’ll be given a three jar gift bag to keep your chillies in.

What did you get up to?
This experience involved a tour of the chilli farm as well as a delicious chili based meal. The main course - chilli of course - was both a large portion and contained good quality ingredients. The tour guide was one of the owners, so he knew lots about chillies and growing them, and was able to answer everyone's questions. The restaurant was a pleasant environment, and larger than I expected. The shop also had free samples out to taste which were delicious!
