Travelling on the water in any vessel is one of the most calming and satisfying things you can do. Sometimes though, its good for both you and our wonderful planet, to travel using nothing but your own power.

Enjoy a session on the waters in Bridgnorth, Shropshire on the idyllic River Severn. A beautiful place to sooth the soul and to have some fun while doing so.
Enjoy 6 miles of waterways on your route to Hampton Loade, before stopping for a break where you can either purchase lunch at a nearby pub or enjoy a packed lunch. You’ll then travel another 4.5 miles on the water, down to Arley. Once you arrive and your canoeing session is over, you can sit back and relax as you board a steam train at Severn Valley to take you back to where you started!
This experience is full of rural beauty, with an abundance of wildlife to spot while paddling down the river. A really lovely way to spend a day together.

Fantastic!!
Me and my partner absolutely loved this activity, so much so his on about buying his own canoe. we had a great day from start to finish, and highly recommend to anyone interested to take the plunge, you won't be disappointed.

Will we be too old for this adventure
This adventure was bought for as as a 50th wedding anniversary present. Both being pensioners but reasonably healthy we wondered if we would manage to keep up the pace for a day. We need not have worried we were well capable of doing this and what a wonderful day it was. It was a small group of just 3, canoe's of a similar age group and we became friends quickly the weather was exceptional but even had it not been i still think the day would have been as good. 3 Hrs canoeing in the morning and a stop at a nice pub for lunch. 1 1/2 Hrs in the afternoon to the final stop and to catch a train back to our start point. Slight disappointment that the train was not steam...however we could have waited a little longer for a steam train. However the carriages were old stock as were the station details bringing back some wonderful memories. A super day out.

What an experience
We thought we were to old to do this experience being 50 but it was a brilliant day we had so much fun apart from when we capsized but we survived lol everyone was so friendly all different age groups but all gr8 people. The staff are also gr8 people it's one experience we will never forget. Would definitely recommend it was a gr8 50th birthday gift for my hubby.
