I had my gluten free pasta making class with Silvana and it was brilliant! Silvana is lovely and she properly taught me how to make gluten free pasta, which for me was a challenge. She gave me her secret recipe, as well as explaining all the reasons why she worked that recipe; as well as explaining how the gf dough works and has to be handled. We made some lovely roses filled with mascarpone and salmon and it was great to eat what you actually made! We also had some fun chats. I am so happy i went, it was so worth it!!!

Excellent experience. Learnt about history of pasta which was fascinating. We made 2 sauces: vegetarian (delicious) and sausage Ragu, learnt how to make pasta and which pasta to buy in store if not making freshly!

We had a fantastic time at this class, definitely recommended! Silvana is a great teacher, we learnt so much about pasta (not just how to make it). We had a private class for 6 people and the class was tailored to us perfectly. The food was delicious too!

We had the most wonderful day today with Silvana. From the very start of our time in her company she made us feel like old friends and throughout the day blended fantastic teaching with a truly authentic Italian experience. Silvana's family heritage of pasta making pours from her with such pride, expertise and joy. We talked, prepared and cooked whilst Silvana encouraged and guided us throughout the learning experience and we ended our day of learning and laughter eating the most divine Gnocchi meal. I couldn't recommend this experience with Silvana more. We've come away with new skills, knowledge and the confidence to put them into practice at home. Perfetto!
