Put your money (chips) where your mouth is and test your knowledge of which came first in history - was it KFC or Bruce Lee, the Eiffel Tower or the Statue of Liberty?
The more you bet, the more you win, but you risk losing too, so it's all or nothing! You'll have to trust your instincts, your teammate and hope that you paid attention in history class.
Best played in pairs, each team will get 3 betting chips, plus a Time Token to secretly put on the board face down. The Time Token has a different effect to the game when it is landed on.
Make a stack of cards in the centre of the board face up i.e. The Beatles / The Stones, Dominoes / Pizza Hut and so on. Each team must place a bet on which came first, using 1 - 3 of your chips depending on how confident you are. If you're feeling extra confident and know the year the oldest item came out, place a chip on the "Year" circle and flip the card.
The winners of the round move forward the amount of chips they placed, and the loser moves the amount of chips they played backwards.
Place the card to at the bottom, take your chips back, and place your bets on the next one! The team that finishes first, wins!
