A MUST-DO experience, no matter where in London you're based! What a gorgeous evening - beautiful setting, stellar food, excellent company (everyone's a foodie around this table!) and a gracious host. We drank, we ate, we chatted and we learned about fine dining and sustainability in Hackney. Aidan's love of the borough, his creative cooking skills and his attention to detail are evident in every bite of food he placed in front of us.
