What did your experience entail?
We had a delightful visit to Clumber Park Hotel and Spa, opting for a package that included Afternoon Tea for Two and full access to the facilities throughout the day. The facilities included a hot tub, sauna, steam room, swimming pool and gym. To enhance my experience further, I decided to treat myself to a massage. Upon arrival, we were provided with towels and slippers. My husband then made his way to the gym, and I proceeded to the treatment area.
After thoroughly enjoying the facilities, we made our way to the restaurant area, for our Afternoon Tea. My husband ordered a coffee, whilst I opted for an apple juice. When our food arrived, we were absolutely delighted. The spread included a selection of cakes including carrot cake, Victoria sponge, chocolate eclair, macaroons, flapjacks as well as finger sandwiches and scones. The afternoon tea part of this experience was truly a perfect ten.
Following our afternoon tea, we returned to the changing rooms to freshen up. Although the changing rooms provided the essential amenities, there were certain areas that could benefit from refurbishment - but this did not affect the experience in any way.

Fantastic experience
Me and my partner enjoyed a really nice experience. Staff were very friendly and clear, the facilites were clean. It was very comfortable. The food was delicious too.

Disappointing
Workmen in steam room - very unprofessional and off putting. Dirty changing area with leaking water from the ceiling. The lockers were broken and so tiny we had to use 4!! each.
Prosecco was not included in the price, was offered a glass of lambrini type fizz - yuck!
The only good part were the hot tubs where we spent most of the 3 hour experience and the cocktails!! The outdoor sauna had no water to pour on the coals, and it was 11.30 in the morning. Afternoon tea was the last straw for me. It tasted like it had been prepared the day before as the sandwiches were stale and the cakes were crispy. Overall I was extremely upset as I had paid almost £100 for this gift. I would never go back to that place ever again! I really would hate to think that I had booked the place without a voucher.

Pamper experience
What a lovely pamper experience my sister and I had at Serenity CT.A warm welcome when we arrived and the neck and back massage followed which was amazing .We then had afternoon tea which overwhelmed us with choice and how nice it was presented.We throughly had a lovely eland would highly recommend this experience.??

Spa day
We all really enjoyed thus day. The afternoon tea was amazing! However there were 2 negatives, one was that the jacuzzi was quite busy and two that one of us only got a 30 minute massage instead of the 45 mins we were supposed to get. I wish we had told the girl who did it but she had gone
