I ordered mine April and I'm still waiting to receive it to this day 7.7.23! Not happy what so ever about this as I ordered it for my dad's birthday in May!

The product is pretty much as expected, and I would recommend it. The delivery was not so good. I was worried that I had paid for something I wouldn't be receiving, there was no email acknowledgement, and no delivery details, which was a shame as I missed my friends birthday because I wasn't home to accept the package and they took it back to deliver another day.

Really pleased with this and found the helplines really prompt and useful - I needed to change a photo and they held up the printing until I was able to send them the replacement photo. The receipt also said ‘print only’ when I’d ordered a frame - again they were very prompt to reassure me that it was framed. Really pleased with the picture and will order again - high quality photos and printing. Thank you!
