Each family is unique, with a cherished story about how all the pieces of their puzzle fell into place. Regardless of the shape or size of your family, everyone has their own series of events that led to them all coming together under one roof and this beautiful design helps you map it all out and represent it as a timeline. This is then lit up from behind by an LED-filled light box.

Whether you're creating this design for yourself or for another family member or friend, you the purchaser input all the relevant details. We ask for the month, year and a short message about each event (for example 'June' '2008' 'Our beautiful wedding on the beach in Tenerife'). We arrange them in date order showing the progression of your lives together. Any event is relevant if it's relevant to you; why not add the date you met your partner, the date any children were born or adopted into the family, when you moved to important addresses, pets that joined the family, dream holidays and anniversaries?

You get 60 characters per message and up to 9 events on your timeline so lots of room to document the progression of several years in your family story. Each one is individually designed on acetate, which is mounted on to an A4 light box. This can be powered by the included 2 metre USB cable to create a beautiful, glowing bit of home decor.
