Go deep, record, discover!
Fishing just got a new angle.......
Calling all fishermen and women……have you ever wondered what the fish get up to whilst you’re sat patiently on the other end of your fishing line? Well with the Wolf Water Underwater Camera you can now find out! The Water Wolf HD UW 1.1 lets you delve under the surface and into the world of the fish you spend your life trying to land, I mean, successfully catch each time. This clever fishing gadget can record up to 4 hours of footage, in depths of up to 120m and in colour. It’s been specially designed for fishing and is ideal for trolling, float and bottom rig carp fishing.
The kit includes an universal fishing mount (to attach it to the fishing line), universal filming mount, bankstick converter, 3 brass weights, EVA float, lens protective cap and a USB charger cable. The camera itself is easy to use, it has an on/off button and requires a Micro SD card (not included). The weights give you recording angle/depth options or you can use the float to film straight down the line if you have bait on the end. That’s not all as you don’t even have to use Water Wolf in the water, the universal filming mount allows you to attach the camera to tripods, bank sticks etc to capture footage above the water.
I know what you’re thinking….’what happens if the line breaks?!’…well those were my thoughts too. I’m no expert, but according to research those who know a thing or two about fishing know all about line weights and rig building and so would know to use the correct setup (but don't quote me!) But be warned, if you are concerned about the losing the Water Wolf to an angry fish who took exception to being filmed or to other underwater hazards then maybe this isn’t the gadget for you! But for those who are never happier than when sat fishing, the Water Wolf HD Underwater Camera makes a must-have gadget…oh yes, those fish think they can put two fins up to you without you knowing had better watch out because with Water Wolf in your tackle box you can see exactly what they get up too!
Other helpful info:
A - If you can see about 1 meter down, then you should be good to go. The further down you wish to go, the clearer the water needs to be as you need the light (basically the clearer the water, the clearer the footage).
A - Depends on your line set up. Your rig, hooklength or lure trace should ALWAYS be of a much lesser breaking strain of line or wire than your main line, meaning if your hook or lure gets snagged you can easily break it off and get the camera back safe and sound. If you set the camera up to sink - then it's a risk you take that it might become lost. If you've set it up with the float, then you've a better chance to retrieve it.
But please note: If you're concerned about losing the Water Wolf then maybe this fishing gadget isn't for you.
A - Turn off the camera, take out the Micro SD-card and insert it into a computers card slot. Alternatively, you can connect the camera to a computer via the USB cable (with the camera turned on)
